In front of a sellout crowd of 2,400 in Spragins Hall we defeated UNA 83-76. This takes us to 25-3 overall and 11-1 in the GSC. It was an amazing night in Spragins that ended with us cutting the nets down for the second year in a row!

GSC Postseason Awards
On February - 28 - 2011
The GSC released the 2010-2011 Postseason Awards today and the UAH Basketball team received numerous accolades. UAH head coach Lennie Acuff has been named the 2010-11 Gulf South Conference East Division Coach of the Year. Sophomore forward Zane Campbell has been named 2010-11 GSC East Player of the Year, Josh Magette was selected to First Team All Conference Team and Jaime Smith was selected to Second Team All Conference Team.
2011 GSC Tournament

The 2011 GSC Men’s Basketball Tournament will be held at the DeSoto Civic Center in Southaven, Mississippi starting on March 4th. We are the #1 seed from the East Division and we will take on the #4 seed from the West Division Arkansas Monticello on Friday at 5:30 PM.

Win over Lambuth

In front of another great home crowd, we gutted out a win against Lambuth University 73-65. The win takes us to 24-3 and 10-1 in the GSC. 24 wins in a season is the most wins in the past 30 years here at UAH, we hope to add to the number this Saturday as we take on North Alabama in Spragins at 7 PM.
